The Hobo Token is made of melted down recycled Sterling Silver and hand hammered into a coin. Featuring hand engraved Hobo symbol for Safe place.
Hobos first appeared at the end of the Civil War, train hopping across the country in search of work. Having a great sense of community each drifter would mark helpful clues for the next guy passing through, this particular symbols denotes that the dwelling is a safe place to stop for work, eat and rest.
